Q: I want to Pick-Up my car at one location, and
Drop-Off the car at another location. What should I do?

Please go back to the home page select 'No' for 'Is
Drop-Off Same As Pick-Up Location?' If you are not
getting results try different Pick-up and Drop-Off
locations and/or try to go from airport location to
airport location to increase your odds of a successful
search.
Q: Will my car have a CD player (or other car specific
item)
A:
That depends on the car vendor, exact location, and
exact car type.
If you already have a reservation with us, we can easily
assist you as we have all the details.
Please go to customer care, login by entering your
reservation information, and use the online form to
submit your request.
If
you do not have a reservation already, you must provide
us with ALL the details ( car vendor, car type, exact
location) and we can help. Of course, you can always
contact the car vendor yourself. Give them all the
information about the rental that you have, and they
will be able to give you specific details on the car.
Q: Do you accept cash or debit cards as payment?
A:
Please keep in mind that every car vendor we service
accepts credit cards as a payment. What about cash or
debit cards? That depends on the car vendor, exact
location, and exact car type. If you already have a
reservation with us, it is easy for us to assist you as
we have all the details. If you do not have a
reservation already, you must provide us with ALL the
details ( car vendor, car type, exact location) and we
can help. If you prefer, you can contact the car vendor
yourself directly. They can easily supply you with
accepted payment information.

taxes are the fees that the airports charge to car
companies for the use of their terminals, railroads, and
roads; plus other service charges mandated by the

Q: Does
the price quoted include all taxes?

RentalCarsinLasVegas.com always shows you the TOTAL
RATE. This includes the total of all known rates, taxes,
fees, surcharges and applicable drop off charges that
you must pay either by law or by local policy for the
length of a particular car rental request. However, this
price does not include optional services such as
insurance waivers, special equipment, mileage charges,
or gasoline etc. It also does not include extra day or
hour charges that can result from a late return of the
rental car. This price is provided so you can better
estimate the total price you may pay to the rental car
company for your car, but is not a guarantee of your
total charges.
Q: How
old do I have to be to rent a car?
A: Most
major car rental companies require renters to be a
minimum of 25 years of age. Some car rental companies do
allow renters at the minimum age of 18 but there is an
increase in the rate of the rental and a deposit is
required.
Q: Do I
need a foreign drivers license?
A: Not all
car companies require you to have a license from the
country in which you are driving. Check with your car
rental agency prior to pick up to be sure you are
prepared. Although you will always need to present a
drivers license of some type, not all car companies
require you to have a license from the country in which
you are driving.
Q: Are
car accessories available?
A: Many
rental agencies offer car accessories such as child
seats, ski racks, tape/CD players, etc. You can request
these items by calling the car vendor directly.
Q: Can I
modify/change/cancel an existing reservation?
A: Yes.
rentalcarsinlasvegas.com allows users to modify their
existing reservations. Of course, modifications may
cause rate changes depending on what the current rates
for the new reservation are; there is no penalty for a
reservation modification. You will need your
reservation number, and email address to make changes.
Q: Is
there a shuttle service to my rental car?
A: Many
rental agencies offer shuttle service to the car pick up
location from the airport. You will need to ask about
this service prior to your arrival or check at the
airport.
Q: Will I
receive the make/model of car I have reserved?
A: Receiving
the requested make or model of car depends upon
availability at the time of your arrival to pick up the
vehicle. We cannot guarantee the make or model you will
receive.
